Our professional plastic buckets and pails production series is of all kinds of high quality and is committed to providing customers with plastic packaging solutions. Packaging of plastic buckets and pails are widely ranged standard packaging in food and additives, coatings, paint, feedstuff, detergent, lubricating oil, waterproof building materials, ink, and agricultural fertilizer, which meet the demands of customized productions.
3 Types Of Printing Process
In Mold Labeling
Put the film into the mold, after injection molding, the film and the product are integrated. The film should be completely covered on the surface of the bucket product, and a variety of surface textures are available.
Thermal Transfer
After injection or blow molding, the patterns are transferred to the surface of the bucket product by a heat transfer printing machine. It should be just a part and covering all of the surfaces is impossible (95% product).
Silk-screening
The silk screening process involves pressing specialized ink through photographically treated silk or synthetic material onto a plastic bucket. Depending on the application, silk screen designs can be created in multiple colors, with various typefaces and flexible label dimensions.

Food-grade material, non-toxic and tasteless, green and safe, strong bearing capacity, resistant to falling and pressure.
Stacking test
Take six samples and pour them into the water of the nominal capacity respectively and close the lid tightly.

The leak test
Take three samples, pour water of nominal capacity into the bucket and close the lid tightly, lie down and square for 24 hours to check.
Drop test
Take three samples, pour water of nominal capacity respectively and close the lid tightly, the capacity is not more than 11L bucket, and the drop height is 1.5m;
For barrels with a capacity greater than 11L, the drop height is 1.2m. When falling, the barrel bottom of the sample is approximately vertical to the ground, and the lower part of the barrel side is parallel to the ground.
