1
What information is required for an accurate quotation?
Please provide the required capacity, order quantity, application, filling weight, bucket color, lid color, handle type, artwork, packing method, and delivery destination.
For chemical or industrial contents, the product type and relevant compatibility requirements should also be provided.
2
What capacity options are available?
Common capacity options may include 1-33L,. The available dimensions and usable capacity should be confirmed according to the selected model.
3
What is the bucket material?
The bucket is mainly manufactured from polypropylene. The exact material grade and performance requirements can be confirmed according to the intended application.
4
What is in-mold labeling?
In-mold labeling is a decoration process in which a printed label is placed inside the mold before injection molding. The label is fused with the bucket body during production and becomes part of the finished surface.
5
What are the advantages of IML?
IML provides high-definition graphics, a smooth surface, moisture resistance, scratch resistance, and reduced risk of peeling or edge lifting. It is suitable for full-wrap branding and premium product presentation.
6
Can our own brand artwork be used?
Yes. Custom logos, colors, product names, instructions, barcodes, QR codes, warning information, and brand graphics can be included in the IML artwork. Editable AI, PDF, or EPS files are preferred.
7
Can the lid and bucket colors be customized?
Yes. Bucket and lid colors can be matched according to a Pantone reference or an approved physical sample. Color requirements should be confirmed before sample production.
8
Can the handle be customized?
A plastic handle is commonly supplied. Other handle configurations may be evaluated according to the bucket size, filling weight, order quantity, and application.
The snap-on lid is designed to provide a secure closure. However, the sealing result depends on the bucket model, lid structure, filling product, transport conditions, and closure method. A filling and transportation test is recommended before mass production.
10
Is the bucket suitable for chemicals?
Suitability must be evaluated according to the exact formulation, concentration, temperature, filling weight, storage period, and transportation conditions. A material compatibility test should be completed before the order is confirmed.
11
Is the bucket suitable for food products?
Food-related applications should be confirmed according to the selected raw material, production conditions, required testing, and destination-market regulations. Relevant testing can be discussed according to the project requirements.
12
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the bucket size, custom color, IML artwork, and packing requirements. Existing models and standard colors are recommended for initial projects with lower quantities.
13
Can a sample be provided before mass production?
Yes. A sample can be prepared for checking the bucket structure, lid fit, color, handle, artwork, and overall appearance. Mass production will be arranged after written sample approval.
14
What is the normal production lead time?
The standard lead time is generally 30–60 days after artwork approval, sample confirmation, and deposit receipt. The final production schedule will depend on the order quantity, bucket model, IML requirements, and packing method.
15
What quality checks can be arranged?
Checks may include raw-material confirmation, appearance inspection, color comparison, label position, lid fit, handle installation, bucket weight, dimensions, packing quantity, and final shipment inspection. Additional testing can be discussed according to the project specifications.
16
What packing options are available?
Bulk packing, plastic bags, export cartons, pallets, stretch wrapping, and container-loading solutions can be provided according to the bucket size and shipping requirements.
17
Can the buckets be stacked?
The round shape is designed to support organized storage and efficient transport. Empty buckets may be nested or stacked according to the selected structure, while filled buckets should be stacked according to the approved loading standard.
18
Can you support OEM and ODM projects?
Yes. Capacity selection, color matching, IML design, private labeling, packaging, sampling, and mass production can be supported. Existing models can be recommended first when tooling cost and project lead time need to be controlled.
