04 Thermal transfer process

Heat transfer printing delivers vibrant, photorealistic colors and smooth gradient effects with finer details than screen printing.

High-temperature ink penetration ensures strong adhesion, scratch resistance and water resistance. With no mold cost, fast sampling and flexible customization for small-batch orders, it offers outstanding cost performance, serving as an ideal mid-to-high-end printing solution for brand packaging and export sales.

05 Screen printing process

Silk screen printing for plastic buckets features low printing cost, simple plate making, low MOQ and fast lead time for mass standard orders.

It prints clear text and simple logos with decent wipe resistance. With mature, stable technology and straightforward color matching, it is the cost-effective choice for export packaging requiring basic brand marking.

06 Freezing test

The product withstands a 100 kg static load for 24 hours at -18°C without leakage, demonstrating structural stability superior to industry standards.

Following low-temperature pre-conditioning, it immediately undergoes drop testing from heights specified by UN regulations—validating impact resistance on critical areas such as the base, sidewalls, and edges—and fully complies with UN certification requirements for the transport of hazardous chemicals.

07 Density test

This standardized airtightness testing system is designed to verify the seal integrity of plastic drums used for the transport of dangerous goods (UN-certified packaging).

The system comprises a mounting fixture for the air supply, an underwater bubble-detection tank, and precision pressure monitoring instruments. During testing, the pressurized drum is fully submerged in water; the presence or absence of leaks at the drum opening or body is visually determined by observing whether air bubbles form. A pressure gauge provides continuous monitoring to strictly maintain the required test pressure. With stable and controllable process conditions, the system accurately verifies packaging seal integrity and meets the testing standards for UN certification of dangerous goods packaging.

08 Anti-aging test

By incorporating food-grade anti-UV masterbatch and light stabilizers into the PP raw material, a molecular-level protective layer is formed that resists the degradation of plastic molecular chains caused by intense ultraviolet radiation.


The bucket retains its toughness even after 12 months of outdoor exposure—showing no cracking or embrittlement—making it suitable for agricultural markets in tropical and subtropical regions with strong sunlight.

09 Drop test

We conduct standardized 1.8m free-fall drop tests with professional calibration equipment to replicate impact risks in international transportation. After free fall landing, the plastic bucket stays intact without cracks or deformation, with zero leakage, fully satisfying UN dangerous goods packaging safety requirements for global hazardous cargo shipment.

10 Stacking Test

Real-world testing at the factory demonstrates the high stacking strength and compression resistance of these plastic drums: even when multiple drums are stacked vertically in multiple layers for extended periods, the bodies show no deformation, cracking, or leakage. Featuring thickened, one-piece injection-molded PP construction and an interlocking rim design that prevents slipping or misalignment, they allow for multi-layer stacking during warehousing and ocean transport; this saves space and significantly reduces losses from breakage or leakage, making them ideal for export packaging in the chemical, food, and coatings industries.

11 Leakage test

Filled with liquid, the plastic drum successfully passed a rigorous 72-hour continuous static leak test; the container remained stationary throughout—without tilting or repressurization—showing zero leakage at the opening, base, or closure interface, and maintaining a consistently tight seal. Capable of withstanding sustained pressure without leaking, it effectively prevents issues such as contamination, product loss, and post-sale claims arising from leakage during warehouse stacking or long-haul ocean transport, making it ideal for the bulk export packaging of various liquids, including chemicals, coatings, and food products.
