Australian clients visited Chengpin’s plastic pail factory and collected on-site samples to take back for testing.
Recently, a client from Australia visited the production facility of Chengpin Technology to conduct an on-site assessment of our manufacturing capabilities, injection molding production lines, quality control processes, and overall capacity for producing packaging containers.
During the tour, the client examined our end-to-end production process, carefully inspecting the raw materials (PP), the structural strength of the pails, sealing performance, handle design, and printing techniques. They raised specific technical questions regarding applications for food-grade products, chemicals, and lubricants—all of which were addressed in detail by our technical and sales teams.
After evaluating various specifications (5L, 15L, 20L, and 25L pails) on-site, the client selected specific models and took samples back to Australia to conduct rigorous practical testing, including filling/stacking, leak resistance, and durability (drop) tests. The client noted that the site visit provided clear, firsthand verification of our production capacity and consistent quality, and they look forward to initiating bulk orders once the sample testing is successfully completed.
