If a quality issue is reported, Chengpin will investigate the case based on the approved sample, agreed product specification, production records, inspection records, test reports, and customer feedback. Customers should provide relevant details, such as the product model, order or batch information, quantity affected, photos or videos, and a description of the issue, to support an accurate review.

The root cause will be assessed against the agreed requirements and available quality records. Relevant inspection documents and order-quality records can be provided to support the evaluation. After the cause has been verified and jointly reviewed, appropriate corrective action will be determined in accordance with the confirmed product specification and order agreement.

A closed-loop quality control system is applied throughout mass production.

Chengpin provides a pre-production sample for customer approval before mass production begins. Bulk production is then carried out according to the approved sample and the technical requirements confirmed by both parties.

During mass production, Chengpin applies inspection controls covering product appearance, weight, dimensions, lid fit, sealing performance, drop resistance, and packaging. The company also conducts relevant testing, including cold-resistance testing, sealing testing, impact-resistance testing, drop testing, and stacking testing, where applicable.

Standardized mold management and warehousing are used to maintain dimensional consistency and stable product quality. Relevant inspection documents and test reports can be provided according to the agreed product requirements.

Chengpin supports FOB and CIF trade terms for applicable export orders.

Loading videos, shipment photos, customs-declaration documents, customs-clearance documents, and other export documentation can be provided as required. The specific documentation available may depend on the shipment arrangement, destination market, and applicable order requirements.

Factory-audit documents and relevant test reports can also be supplied for applicable products and projects. For food-grade PP pails, food-contact test reports and material certificates may be provided when required.

Payment terms can be negotiated according to the stage of cooperation and order value. Final payment terms, trade terms, delivery arrangements, and documentation requirements are stated in the formal quotation and order agreement.

Standard products can be shipped on the same day when stock is available.

Lead time for customized products depends on mold development, sample approval, artwork confirmation, printing requirements, order quantity, and the production schedule. Chengpin also provides in-mold labeling (IML), heat-transfer printing, and screen-printing options; where these decoration processes are required, the confirmed production arrangement should be considered when determining the delivery schedule.

With a daily production capacity of approximately 9,000 plastic pails, including a standard PP pail capacity of approximately 9,000–13,000 units per day, Chengpin can support advance scheduling for long-term purchasing programs and bulk orders. An exact delivery date can be confirmed after receiving the product specification, quantity, customization details, destination, and required delivery date.

Samples can be provided for quality inspection and application testing before a bulk order is placed. The sample cost is covered by Chengpin, while courier freight is borne by the customer. After the sample has been approved, any sample-related cost treatment for the bulk order can be handled according to the agreement between both parties.

Sample testing is recommended so that product quality, sealing performance, dimensional fit, and actual filling suitability can be verified before mass production.For customized products requiring decoration, samples can also be used to confirm the applicable decoration result before mass production.

Low MOQs are supported for standard products, and small trial orders can be accepted. Standard products are kept in stock and can be shipped on the same day when inventory is available.

For customized products, the MOQ is determined by the required specification, color, printing requirements, and mold complexity. Chengpin offers decoration options including in-mold labeling (IML), heat-transfer printing, and screen printing, so the selected customization requirement may also affect the applicable MOQ.

For non-standard mold projects, expected purchase volume and long-term demand should be evaluated before tooling is started. A more accurate MOQ and quotation can be provided after the application, capacity, quantity, and customization requirements have been confirmed.
