Test Standard: Fill the container with the actual filling capacity, tighten the cap, and then completely invert the container. Let it stand continuously for 72 hours under normal temperature and pressure. There should be no leakage or dripping at the joint between the container body and cap; the liquid level inside the container should not drop, and there should be no weight loss due to evaporation; the sealing surface should show no deformation, swelling, or material exudation, maintaining its initial fit.
• High compliance risks: Packaging for hazardous chemicals must pass mandatory certifications such as UN/ADR/GB 19269. Lack of standard test data can directly lead to export obstruction, customs clearance failure, or even penalties.
• Significant safety hazards: Traditional packaging is prone to cracking at low temperatures and leakage when dropped. Once leakage occurs during transportation or storage, it can easily lead to safety accidents such as fire, explosion, corrosion, and pollution.

Each product undergoes a stacking pressure test using a professional compressive strength testing machine (as shown in the actual test, the barrel can stably withstand a load of over 1137.1N without deformation, damage, or leakage), verifying product performance with real data, rejecting "paper parameters," and ensuring that the actual pressure-bearing capacity meets the real needs of customers' warehousing and transportation scenarios.
Formula-level protection: Food-grade UV-resistant masterbatch and light stabilizer are added to PP raw materials to form a molecular-level protective layer that can resist the damage of strong ultraviolet rays to the plastic molecular chain.
Even after 12 months of outdoor exposure, the barrel still maintains its toughness without cracking or embrittlement, making it suitable for tropical and subtropical agricultural markets with strong sunlight.
Our plastic buckets are equipped with an oleophobic & hydrophobic microporous breathable membrane structure, featuring one-way liquid blocking and two-way pressure regulation, integrating three core functions: pressure relief, air replenishment, and protection.
• Forward Pressure Relief: When fertilizers generate gas or chemical materials heat up and build up pressure, internal gas is automatically discharged to release excess pressure, preventing bucket bulging and rupture.
• Reverse Air Replenishment: When paints/chemicals cool down and create negative pressure, external air enters at a constant rate to balance internal and external pressure, eliminating bucket deformation and collapse.
• Isolation & Protection: The microporous membrane is breathable yet waterproof and dust-proof, and also insect-proof & moisture-proof. It effectively blocks water vapor, pests and dust intrusion to preserve the quality of fertilizers and raw solutions.
