Saudi Client Visits Foshan Chengpin Technology for On-site Negotiation on Custom Plastic Bucket Moulding Project

Recently, a client from Saudi Arabia paid a special visit to Chengpin Technology to discuss the custom new mould project for plastic buckets. The client is developing a new packaging product line for the local market. Conventional standard plastic buckets available on the market cannot meet their special requirements on appearance, volume and sealing structure, so they intend to develop exclusive custom plastic buckets. After preliminary online communication, the client brought reference samples to our factory for on-site audit, to fully evaluate our production capacity, mould development capability and quality control system.
The Chengpin team accompanied the client throughout the factory tour, covering the raw material warehouse, injection moulding workshop and product showroom. The client inspected finished stock buckets on site, learned about virgin PP material selection, injection moulding process, sealing performance test, drop test and stacking test. Special attention was paid to our mould processing equipment and R&D strength to verify our full capacity to independently complete mould design, machining and trial moulding.
After the factory tour, both sides held in-depth technical discussions in the meeting room based on the client’s samples. The client introduced application scenarios and material loading requirements in the Saudi market, specifying custom parameters including bucket dimensions, lid structure, load bearing, leak-proof performance and printing on bucket bodies. Comparing with the physical samples, Chengpin’s technical team presented professional solutions covering mould structure design, demoulding scheme, wall thickness optimisation, mould lead time, sample trial production and mass production cost. Optimisation suggestions were provided for structural challenges in the samples, mould risks were assessed, and sample approval process, delivery schedule and export matters were also discussed.
The client highly recognised Chengpin Technology’s standard workshop management, mould R&D strength and the professionalism of our technical team. This on-site factory visit allowed the client to witness our complete production chain, eliminating concerns about the custom mould project and building strong confidence in this cooperation. Both parties have initially confirmed the moulding plan. The next step is to refine drawings and carry out trial moulding and sample production, jointly developing custom plastic packaging products tailored to the Saudi market.
